Local Explosion Detection and Infrasound Localization by Reverse Time Migration Using 3-D Finite-Difference Wave Propagation
02/24/2021

Presented at the 2019 AGU meeting in San Fransisco

A framework for improved infrasound back-projection on local and regional scales
01/16/2020

Station map. Blue and red markers denote stations where signal was readily observed on infrasound and seismic sensors, respectively. Purple stations have co-located infrasound and seismic sensors and recorded both signals.

Seismoacoustic insights from the May 22nd, 2016 Iliamna volcano rock and ice avalanche
05/29/2019

Comparison of Least Squares Analysis and Least Trimmed Squares Analysis on explosion data from an eruption from Bogoslof Volcano recorded at the Adak infrasound array in 2017. The H2 element of the array had its polarity reversed. Accurate backazimuth calculations were not possible using the Least Squares Analysis, but were successful using the Least Trimmed Squares Analysis.
