Postdoctoral Researcher
Stefan received his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2023 for his work in nonlinear dynamics and food webs. He applied an abstract modeling technique that bypasses the need for explicit evolution laws of ecological networks to investigate primary factors that impact equilibrium stability. At WATC, Stefan develops tools that characterize the energy released from explosions using information embedded in infrasound and machine intelligence.
