Lead Engineer
Jay earned his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from UAF in 2001 and worked for the Geophysical Institute’s Electronic Shop at UAF from 2001-2008. He has been WATC’s lead engineer since 2008. Jay oversees site operation and maintenance and works on research and development projects.
