Field Technician
Matthew graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics in 2016 and Master of Science in Geophysics in 2018. Now a Research Technician at WATC, Matt enjoys his occasional morning ski or bike commute and the chance to troubleshoot unexpected issues in remote field locations, while trying to preserve data quality and availability at IMS monitoring sites. Matt supports Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and the community. He also acknowledges the Alaska Native nations upon whose ancestral lands our campuses reside; in Fairbanks, the Troth Yeddha' Campus is located on the ancestral lands of the Dena people of the lower Tanana River.
